Reservations & Guest Services

The ultimate multi-tasker – responsible for maintaining all reservations, policies and standards, and guest relations. This is a management position – exceptional attention to detail, organization, follow up, and communication skills are an absolute must.
As part of the Reservations & Guest Services team you will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring our seating times are maintained for all reservations
  • Ensuring all guests are aware of reservations policies
  • Maintaining the Open Table Reservations database
  • Handling guest concerns to the satisfaction of the guests
  • Responding to emails and phone calls regarding potential reservations and other guest relations inquiries.
  • Booking and planning group events and parties.
  • Attending trade shows and festivals as a brand ambassador.
  • Ensuring management is fully aware of events and large reservations for appropriate staffing levels and preparation.
